Fabrice Bonvoisin, President of ITCC and board members will welcome:

• Keynote speaker: Sean Witry, Sr Project Manager at the Transatlantic Business & Investment Council (TBIC), a leading representative of North American Economic Development Organizations in Europe. Its mission is to promote transatlantic trade and investment. With a strong network on both sides of the Atlantic, TBIC is where European ambition meets U.S. opportunity.

• Guest speaker: Pierre Wellhoff, Managing Director at CITCA. The Chicago International Trade Commissioners’ Association (CITCA), founded in 1986, is a volunteer-based organization composed of Trade and Investment Representatives from foreign governments based in the Chicagoland area, with jurisdiction primarily over the Midwest region of the United States. With over 50 members representing more than 40 countries worldwide, CITCA serves as a valuable resource for companies seeking to expand their business either in the Midwest or internationally. The organization’s mission is to facilitate meaningful connections between companies, support participation in trade shows, organize trade missions, and foster academic and innovation partnerships, among other initiatives. CITCA’s current President, Pierre Wellhoff, Representative of France, was elected by the Board of Directors in March 2025.
