Topic: Current Issues Affecting Importers into Canada
Speaker: Jean-Marc Clement, BCF, Montreal
Program Chair: Brian F. Walsh, Barnes, Richardson & Colburn, LLP
Attention U.S. Exporters to Canada and U.S. Companies with Canadian Subsidiaries:
Selling and shipping your goods across the border to Canada is not the most difficult thing to do, in theory. But doing it well and knowing your rights and obligations will not only keep you out of trouble, it will give you the edge against your competitors.
