 This program will be useful to those just learning to classify goods as well as those with substantial experience. The presentation will begin with a discussion of the overall structure of the HTSUS and the manner in which tariff provisions should be interpreted. More complicated topics such as classification of sets and parts of general use will then be covered. Real life examples will be used throughout the program.
