  • How do AD/CVD-tariff classification conflicts arise on a day-today basis?
  • Where do AD/CVD scope definitions come from & how do they differ from tariff classification?
  • How does CBP determine tariff classification?
  • How does the ITA determine AD/CVD scope?
  • Does tariff classification ever end up determining AD/CVD scope?

  • Can the right tariff classification protect you from AD/CVD?

  • Can you get an advance scope ruling? From CBP? From ITA?
  • How about a ruling after the merchandise has already been imported?
  • What do you do when CBP tells you your product is within the scope of and AD/CVD case?
  • How could you have avoided the problem?
