How do AD/CVD-tariff classification conflicts arise on a day-today basis?
Where do AD/CVD scope definitions come from & how do they differ from tariff classification?
How does CBP determine tariff classification?
How does the ITA determine AD/CVD scope?
Does tariff classification ever end up determining AD/CVD scope?
Can the right tariff classification protect you from AD/CVD?
Can you get an advance scope ruling? From CBP? From ITA?
How about a ruling after the merchandise has already been imported?
What do you do when CBP tells you your product is within the scope of and AD/CVD case?
How could you have avoided the problem?
